It was a great privilege of facilitating a powerful session with women with disabilities and young mothers, focusing on the importance of contraceptives, types, challenges, and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

It was a space filled with openness, courage, and mutual learning. We shared knowledge, personal experiences, and practical strategies to make informed choices about our health and bodies. The discussions highlighted not only the need for accessible and inclusive reproductive health services but also the strength and resilience within these amazing women.
